Yeah, me too.  I really have no idea how to feel about the upcoming season except for the schedule being just grueling.

Teambeer is the most knowledgeable FAU sports fan I know, way smarter than me.

Re: Spring training!

Actually, Saturday is the first day in full pads, not the first scrimmage.  The first scrimmage will be on Saturday, April 9th.

Thanks, thought it was every Saturday…

Guess they have a "helmet rule" that has to be fulfilled before they can scrimmage…

We start 0-3…that's my first take. I know I know, I really went out on a limb there.

I hope we can work out the kinks with the new D fast enough to be ready for our conference sked.

Re: Spring training!

So many questions to be answered it is VERY difficutl to tell how the season will go.

1.) QB.
Who is it, and are they ready?

2.) Switching to a 3-4.
We have to hope they can adapt quickly and that whoever is NT, can tie up the line.

3.) WR & TE
Who is going to catch the ball? Does anyone break out?

4.) Oline
Was a season of seasoning enough to protect a fledgling QB?

My HEART says 6-6, my brain says 4-8 again.

I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.

Pretty much just copy and pasted your Spring Practice questions from Marcus Nelson's blog, eh? :P
