They usually set up a home and home so neither team really makes out well in that game. Besides, Notre Dame makes a fortune from their TV contract. Big programs don't worry much about the paycheck. For smaller schools it is important as big schools to some extent are paying for an "easy" game. It is almost like buying a W. However, it doesn't always work out that way. GO OWLS!!!
