I think by law you're allowed to keep anything that's sent to you that you didn't order.

To bad that law doesn't apply to banks that accidentally record more money then you actually deposited… :-\

You should be able to. You can look into it but I think by law you're allowed to keep anything that's sent to you that you didn't order.

If that's the case, and you don't think you can sell the tickets (please don't sell them to Texas fans), I'll gladly accept them as a donation from your kind heart and get two of my friends from San Antonio who are Owl fans to come up. They can't afford the game right now, but with free tickets…

I'm no attorney but I've heard that if that ever happens you should spend the money immediately on things that are "unreturnable" so the bank can not take the money back…empty your account, close it and put in a pool in your back yard or pay your FPL bill in advance for the next 20 years. Once that's done and you no longer have an account at the bank, you can fight to keep the money…obviously it would have to be a pretty big mistake on the bank's part, a $2000 deposit turns into a $20000 deposit or something but buying a TV means that they can reposess it. I will probably get blasted by an attorney on the board or something, but this is what I've heard on the radio…the real radio too, NPR.  ;D

Got my Texas tickets today: Sec.32, Row 2. Austin here we come, YEEE HAWW!!

Same here, Sec. 32, Row 2, Seats 10-15.  We may have to exchange contact info and tailgate together.  TeamBeer should be in the same row as well.  We have a pretty big group going.
