I'm sure we would all like to see Hoza fired, but sadly, I don't think its going to happen and coach will say "things will definetely change and we won't be bad anymore" just like he said we'll have a pass rush this year. Can you imagine this season if we had ANY type of defense and a DECENT kicking game?

If they do not fire Hoza within the next month, there will be no accountabilty which is what we saw all year.

Angelos must step in because I am not confident that Coach S. will as it seems he is ok with mediocrity.

If we had seen "accountability" at the beginning of the season, we would have been going to a Bowl game.

I'm looking for anything that we can possibly improve this team for next year, so I ask this:
In practice the defence only sees what the scout offence can throw at them. Are we showing them enough of the option oriented offences we constantly see in the SunBelt? I'm talking about the running QB crap we saw (and seemed like we could do nothing against) all year long. Is the scout O good enough to simulate the spread option crap we see on game day? Or is our defensive personell that bad that they can't adjust.

I love my Owls…just want to see them do better is all.
