Hopefully everyone took the survey and offered their feedback that they sent out. Now is the time to offer constructive feedback regarding game day experience and start times.

There is no shade at noon in the stadium. You would have to be under the deck area, in the Acura Club, or in a suite.

I recieved the survey last week and certainly voiced mine. Noon games do suck (for lack of a better word). However, they offer less possibility of weather delay, at least in my experience. Not sure which is the lesser of the two evils.

Noon games don't "stink" as bad if you win. Winning cures all.

Also I did the survey and made sure I listed the changes that need to be made.
1st I told them about 20th St. being closed again…..one day Mark they will get it. I'm guessing its one of those things we have to complain about 1000 times before they fix it for good.
2nd Only being able to tailgate 4 hours before the game. You want a gam day atmosphere not part of the day.
I have been to schools where they start on Thursday.
3rd I made I said something about the noon games even though I know its out of athletics control.
Despite the product on the field being bad athletics does do a good job of customer service with its ticket holders.

They specifically asked about the start times on the survey. If they know they can't do anything about it and still asked, then the whole survey is bogus. I hope that is not the case.

I'm pretty sure the conference/TV rights are in control of the start times. Unfortunately, bad teams get the noon start.

Unfortunately they rarely seem to care about the actual comments - I've seen survey result presentations with no comments whatsoever included - and instead use the data to create boring bar charts and generalizations like "white males in the 18-30 age range were most likely to comment positively about game day parking." So what?
In reality the comments are the most important thing. Clicking on "slightly dissatisfied" vs "dissatisfied" for "game day concessions" doesn't give you actionable information vs "the subway doesn't offer meatball subs and those are very popular."

I hoping with the game time thing is they can use that and be like "heY C-USA 80 percent of our tickets holders said they hated noon games, can you help us help you and fix this"
