The poor kid can't catch a break lol. He figures OK I'm not in college anymore this is the NFL they don't drop passes that easy. Sure enough he threw it right on the money. He had 1 pass batted down but other than that I thought he looked good. Had that WR caught that ball, Rusty would have led them to a TD drive
My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!

Rusty looked good. I don't really care for Jaws, but he did have some really good things to say about Rusty's arm. The problem with being the #4 QB is that he was throwing to #4 WRs who drop far too many balls. Rusty did his part.

Not sure how this is even a competition, is there an upside with a 30 yr old Simms that I'm missing? I don't see how Simms being the scout team QB is good for anyone I could understand if this was a proven vet but it's Chris Simms imo Rusty will make the team Simms will be cut

it was the 4th qrtr, they were winning I know, but is still preseason, I don't think they got him enough throws… they ran it too much and the take a knee… it's preseason… work it out!

Not that he hasn't been already, but man, Rusty's gonna be on pins and needles the next week and a half to 2 weeks during cuts.  I think he's looked real good so far, but he just hasn't gotten a whole lot of time.  Not to mention his recievers aren't helping his stats any.  Man, I hope he makes it.
