I want to say the band looked prety sharp on TV last night. Those uniforms look good.

Not sure but I think Daphne Markey made it on tv last night. I'm not positive what she looks like. There was a band member who I have seen numeraous times in Bob Markey's photos that I am assuming is his daughter.

I have the game on TiVo. Hopefully, I'll find her on it. I do have them on national TV from the women's hoops tourney.

The band looked and sounded great. It has made great strides in little over a year. Fans need to get into the stadium earlier for the pre-game show and stay for the halftime show. The '80s sound show was great.

FAU's lack of a proper camera system cost FAU the game. Period.

On TV games, the school should not use its own cameras, or at least cede control to the TV crew.

That one call cost FAU the game. Had it not happened, UL would be without 3 points and FAU could have kicked to tie in the end.

FAU (or Lockhart) cheaped out on the camera system and it came back to bit it in the ass. That's sad.

Speaking of terrible, Lockhart's sounds system has to be the worst in I-A football. That horrible buzz that takes over the stadium drowned out music and more.

Finally, I agree about the fans who were there and noise. It was great, especially early and late in the game. FAU stepped up in fan/game interaction.

As much as the calls were against us, WE as a fanbase or team cannot blame the loss on some bad calls. The loss should be placed squarely on the offense, or more directly at the QB's and the players who didn't tuck the ball away securely, giving up fumbles and good field position.

The offense had ample opportunities to convert and they didn't. The defense got the ball back for them when our backs were against the wall and the offense couldn't do anything with it.

Championship teams rise above these obstacles and capitalize on opportunities afforded them. This we did not do.

Thanks for the support of the band. I can tell you we were truely upset about the loss last night….:(……Last night our Journey halftime show was extra special because not only did we have 2 rehearsals to complete but it was completely written by one of our very own Graduate Students Mr. Dan Haddad!!!!

I have normally tried to not say who I was because my father usually get horrible pictures of me!! But in the photo he posted above I am the one in the middle making the "A"!!!

As for the noise in the 4th quarter I was very happy to see everyone up and cheering for the Owls! But I was very shortly dissapointed when most of the stadium left with about 2-3min on the clock, especially since we were driving with 20secs left!!!

Hope to see you all at the Homecoming game!!!

I hope we have something on campus by 2008. Even if its only 15k atleast it would be on campus with our rules. Lockhart looked empty on TV. 9k spread out looks like 500 on tv.
