That's totally ridiculous that fans are expected to lose their cool. Just because we pay do get in does not give us a ticket to be ashholes.

I just think if the roles had been reversed and it was our players causing a commotion in the end zone, and ULM's fans had been taunting and throwing things at our players, we would all be talking today about how classless their fans were and how they should all be banned from future games.

I understand what you're saying but that would never happen. Howard would NEVER allow his players to do such a thing. I think it is to be expected when you come into an opposing teams stadium that their fans are going to taunt you. I do agree with you that no matter what they did we as fans should have walked away but when you are into the game and you are passionate as I know everyone on this board is, it is tough to just walk away from an entire football team screaming and yelling at you in your end zone.

For any of our fans to throw stuff at them, that's just stupid because then they're going to throw things back and it will get out of hand. I was right against the fence on the bleachers and it looked as if they really wanted to come over that fence and fight with us.

My point is FAU would never do that. Say we upset UF you wouldn't see Frantz Joseph doing the gator chomp and if he did Howard would  rip him apart for it.

I do think something should at least be said to ULM by the NCAA and their AD and coaches should apologize for their actions. Let's get our revenge on the hardwood and spank them and maybe it will still be in the minds of owls fans next time they come to lockhart to play us in football.
