The issue I think we're facing is that if Comcast has the distribution rights to the game, then they can say who gets it, etc. They will not give it to Direct TV in the Florida, GA, MS, AL, SC markets because they're already in those markets so if you live there, you have to watch it on their station. Outside of that area, Direct TV will be carrying it, which is why it shows up on the ESPN Gameplan package. I'm hearing conflicting stories from a few people, and I'm not trying to discredit anyone because really, what do I know, but my main concern is that I managed to get someone on the phone last night that was able to find this information and read it off to me regarding our game and it playing in South Florida. But both bar owners have spoken to people that say it will be on Gameplan. Which technically is true, but will it be on Gameplan down here???

I don't know, we're all calling $10 an hour call center employees to get this information so it's a total crapshoot!

The game is also on espn360.com, my suggestion to dirty phil was get a laptop hook it up to the tvs and watch the game on the tvs off of ESPN360. So even if its blacked out down here on ESPN Gameplan, you can still catch the game on 360 and not have to listen on the radio which chances are you'll have NO IDEA whats going on in the game

Confirmed from Jerry at the Wishing Well, it will not be on Direct TV, he spoke to a few people there. Bummer.

The internet feed thing is always an idea, something I did to watch the Ironman last weekend on my home TV, but I'm not sure about the legality of broadcasting it in a public place…I could care less either way to be honest
