You are spot on. That is exactly what Buffalo did for Flutie. I heard Seattle is doing the same for Russell Wilson. In fact, it is well documented that he transferred from NC State to Wisconsin to be behind a shorter O-line.

On the other hand, the opposing DB's and LB's won't be able to see who the qb is looking at let alone throwing to until the ball clears that line. The same is true when they or the smaller scat back like RB's run the ball, they won't see where they are until they come through the gaps - think Oregon O! Either way, go Owls!

Is that why Curtis was throwing the ball into the back of our lineman's heads in the game against Wagner? I had no idea it was the linemen's fault! :D
