Mind you, $45M is for the ENTIRE facility, not just the indoor practice part. The rest of that facility is a multi-level weight room, player's lounge, etc. The indoor practice part alone you could probably do for… about the cost of a new baseball stadium ($10M).

Not that having $45M to re-do/expand the Oxley into a huge modern athletic center wouldn't be nice!

They may need to. Im in Ft. Lauderdale downtown and were having a hell of rain squall. I imagine its either in the gym or if they can get the Dolphins facility . That would be cool for the players.
