Lots of kids sitting on the bench not getting a slight chance to ever think they will get in a game to play.
What the heck are these coaches thinking ?? If they can't do the job, coach them so they can or find a replacement. You have plenty sitting on the bench. If not, your recruiting or coaching skills stink. I am tired of losing when losing players are not replaced. These same kids have been given years - they are getting worse, not better. No accountability promotes arrogance and the feeling of "complacency".

We had some solid signess come in this past Spring…but they aren't going to play right away…

We aren't hurting…just need some maturity time…

And the stadium plan should pay dividends on the recruiting front this Spring…it's easy to see we are going after higher level players now that we used to not even bother with…
