Yea, theres nothing to salvage.  Just damage control, we have finally put us in an excellent position to recruit and this team and coaching staff may have set us back years.  A team that may go 0-12, bad coaches, a fan base of 7,000.  We would easily loose them to USF, UCF, and now even FIU.

Well if you want to come to a D1 school and start right away...FAU is the place for freshmen next yr all positions are open

Well we need a coach in waiting announced soon bc recruits are giving verbals left and right and yet again we are out in the cold.

No one that is able to take a job today will take the FAU job u til all offers have been heard. I know we all think the FAU job is great but we can only offer about half of what every other D1 school can offer a head coach so no coach in waiting will be announced unless you want Jared Allen in there.

Get comfortable we won't have a coach until December at best, maybe January.

You'r probably right.  This is not how we should be opening our new stadium. Recruiting this year will probably suffer again.

You're right too, recruiting this year will be better than last but won't be strong. Rome wasn't built in a day…there will be plenty of years for us to enjoy big classes and lots of wins unfortunately, 2012 won't be one of em.
