Who will guide the Owls after Howard?

The guy is a great coach, just look at his game planning for the offense last year, except for the one game I didn't care much for (ULM game), a loss  ???

UTEP was a while ago, he will no doubt benefit coaching under Schnellenberger and should definitely be ready when the time is here.

Your coach is a class act all the way and should leave your program in better shape every year.  Having a coach of his calibre is absolutely essential to get you guys to where you want to go.  I have read a few preseason articles this year covering the state and it is the opinion of some of them that FAU is the next rising program.  I see you guys supplanting UCF and following USF to the big table.

And it doesn't hurt having what one writer called "…the best quarterback in the state not named Tebow"!

Good luck this year to my second favorite Florida football program.

I agree!!  :)

I want FAU not only to grow in football and athletics but see the university as a whole rise up. Brogan's goal is tier 1. Maybe a successful football team is what it will take to get the alumni interested again and contribute financially.

Yes, Brogan will be very valuable to the university much as Betty Castor was for USF.  The political connections can even the playing field in the state when competing for dollars against FSU and UF as well as the rest of the university system.

Nord is the easy choice. But the right choice is a national search.

I would be disappointed if we didn't see what was out there. Always interesting to see who (coaches) is interested in the position & program, kind of helps show how other perceive this program.
