The Chairs backs, the seast need to be mounted the Skyboxes ??  I'm assuming the area on the second floor behind the basket - nothing been done there that I could see.

If they bought a huge Jumbotron but can't use it, that's right up there with buying the expensive marquee that was not intended for Florida weather.
