I know some of my fellow 'Dirty Birds' aren't happy with the hire but I am. I think Suge Knight I mean Mike Jarvis will do a good job here. I'm just excited we finally have a coach! Hope he can convince some of the recruits to stay as well as some of the players

Get ready for some serious talent to come in beginning in 2009…

DOH-erty brought in the best we have had as a program so far, but it will pale in comparison to what Jarvis will attract…….

Jarvis will be what we need to move up in conferences. It will be interesting if and when we get an invite from the Big East. That first game against St Johns will be a big draw.

will be going if it is open to the general public to say hello, etc…

he has one more chance to get out of the tank…if it goes like it did the last two years again this year, i think he will be a goner…and coachigng at one of those schools… ;D

On the news last night, they said it was 2pm on Tuesday.  They webcast the press conferences for Doherty and Walters, so I hope they do the same tomorrow.  I would imagine they will.  The Cooney announcement was webcast.  If you are going to webcast bad news, they better webcast good news too!
