I'm almost 100% certain he will gain eligibility while at the JUCO in Texas and make his way back to a D1 program next year.

Good luck to him…hopefully he has grown up and decided to stop smoking and start going to class…otherwise it will be short lived and a waste of talent.

Somehow a SEC school managed to see past what he did here. Makes me think there was more to what Moodey did here was not.

I disagree. This is the same SEC basketball program that allowed for a player who… went to jail for buying $800 worth of pot with counterfeit money, was known for taunting opposing teams and fans, was spotted drinking in public just hours after an opening round game of the NCAA tournament, and someone who ran arguably the most ludicrous Twitter account for a collegiate athlete… become the face of the program. I don't think Ole Miss does background checks.

That kid was really good I say who cares let's win games. I don't care what they do.

Wow, so he gets booted from here for bad grades supposedly, is now at a JC and without finishing a semester or playing a single JUCO game, an SEC team takes his commitment. Can we say STRANGE!
