Moody Gone

I disagree. This is the same SEC basketball program that allowed for a player who… went to jail for buying $800 worth of pot with counterfeit money, was known for taunting opposing teams and fans, was spotted drinking in public just hours after an opening round game of the NCAA tournament, and someone who ran arguably the most ludicrous Twitter account for a collegiate athlete… become the face of the program. I don't think Ole Miss does background checks.owlcountry40 said
Somehow a SEC school managed to see past what he did here. Makes me think there was more to what Moodey did here was not.

2-of-16 from 3PT, and 35.1% from the floor, has started all four games.

ESPN ranked Moody as the #51 best player in college basketball last year.
Story.
Wherever Moody goes, stats are sure to follow because the 5-foot-10 combo guard takes a high number of shots, draws many fouls and records plenty of steals. His 90 percent accuracy at the line last season makes him the best returning free throw shooter in major-conference basketball.
I know it's old news, he did something and had to be kicked off the team or whatever.
Saw a lot of players I enjoyed watching leave - like Ray Taylor - but when Moody left I reached my breaking point and kinda gave up on men's basketball.
