Anyone listen to the game on the radio? How was the crowd? There was an echo there which made it great for us to yell and we were sitting behind the Denver bench.

That coach was trying his hardest not to turn around and strangle one of us, no one cursed at him or made any personal attacks. In fact Nunzio even complimented him on his tie. He was close to snapping, there's only so much you could tune us out we were picking on him pretty hard

I always wondered what the point of picking on the coach was going to accomplish.  Do they play the game?

Uhhhhh.  hate to say it but sorry i dont think we're gellin yet.  My high school basketball team would have beat the sh*t out of the seven man team Denver put on the court last night.  But of course I went to high school in North Carolina where basketball is a religion.  Anyways i guess what im trying to say is that the win last night was ugly. I'll take a win win any way we can get it. But Denver was pathetic, this game shouldnt have even been close more or less gone to overtime.

It was an ugly win but ya know what if we were able to buy a !@#$% F/T things may be different. If we make our F/T's last nights game isn't even close.

Like you said a W is a W and they actually are starting to gel, especially compared to earlier in the season. Denver was bad but this is a game we would have lost a few weeks ago

The point is of picking on the coach was that he was getting EXTREMLY frustrated with us and we were trying to be loud so he had to yell over us. Was he playing the game?… no, but he would be telling them how to set up and what plays to run. There is not a doubt in my mind that their coach had to yell over us and I know for a fact he was screaming the entire game and was losing his voice by the end of the game

Ummm, did you guys watch the UD vs FAU game?

Denver is a VERY well coached team, that runs thier offense with preciseness - cutting, and some pretty good three point shooting…i dont agree with the above assesments on them as a team…

we played about as bad as we possibly could in the first 12 minutes of the game…

and i Hope we NEVER play at Lynn again…the place is absolutley aweful…lighting is poor, looks exaclty like a HS gym with the stage and curtain, etc…the team was in a major funk during the first half, and i am sure that had a part in it…

I am sure a coach would rather have the attention than the players on the court.

Don't worry we shared the wealth. We picked on the coach during time outs and stoppages of play but we would yell really loud and having the echo there helped so it would make it hard for the players to hear the coach. Not sure if it worked but we tried.

I agree with Florida_Owl that gym is terrible. Everyone makes fun of our gym and how it looks like a H.S. gym they haven't been to Lynn

FloridaOwl,  ill agree with you on the coaching.  I thought Denver was very very well coached, because if you looked at them on an indvidual player by player basis analysis those guys had no business being on a division 1 basketball team.  However, very good coaching and great execution enables them to be competetive if you ask me.  I dont know what it was about Denver that has got me so negative towards them.  The whole game all i could think to myself was " you gotta be kidding me, these guys cant be D1.  They should be playing teams like Lynn. "  And then to make it worse.  They took us to OT.

they looked like a bunch of dorks out there…guys that would not get picked up on the playground set…

BUT, i looked at the Box and low and behold the Denver boys can flat out shoot the rock:

88.9 FT FG% (18 of 20)

"Dorks-R-Us" or not, got to give credit where credit is due…

they will surprise a few more teams…i guar-on-tee!

Their center looked like Mr. Bean so we were calling him Bean all night but that kid was draining 3's all night. For a tall dooft looking white kid he can shoot the ball. Their starting PG # 11 Kyle somethin or other he was actually pretty good. On the short side but he's got good skills.

I think they made all but 3 F/T's last night

There center did look like Mr. Beans I was trying to figire out who he looked like that whole game.

Monroe finally hit some FT
