My response should have been directed towards his comment not necessarily towards him, I know you guys put a great deal of effort into supporting FAU sports but it was a very childish response on his part.  Most of the people feel the same way about FAU sports as you guys do, most just don't the the luxury of being able to go to all the events.  Many are older with other responsibilities, some have moved out of the area, etc.  I believe listening to other opinions that have the same love of FAU can only help in your decision, and I agree it is your decision, we are just offering suggestions.

I hear yah and everyone else…..as i stated i love reading the feedback and support (pro and con) for our group.  As i have stated numerous times……..EVERYONE is welcome to come out and yell their heads off.  Afterall i work 55+ hrs a week, and have a semi-family (fiance and dog), the games are my therapy for dealing with the $hit-heads in south Florida.  So if it is one game or every game, everyone should spend a day with the group firmly known as the rowdy and sexy rexies……it will make you feel all warm a gooey inside!


Also, i know i say it a lot but thanks to everyone on this board for sticking up for us, and backing us up when anyone says anything about us as a collective group, i personally would like to get to know all of u better, i think there are a great group of people on this forum!

I just think of senior citizen pedophiles when I think of "Dirty Birds"… that and it would be difficult at Orientation or similar events to tell students, "Yeah, when you're here be a prOWLer and when you graduate, be a Dirty Bird with the rest of the passionate fans."

Well I have been very involved in the athletics for the last few years, and I hate to you tell but I know NOTHING about the "prOWLers."  John Cook and his crew have totally out done them in every aspect. The "prOWLers" might as well hang up the spirit shoes and give their T-Shirt size to Cook so he can order them some new threads.

I am NOT trying to bash ANYONE (I'm working on being nicer, so everyone can "warm" up to me  ;) ) but I do NOT REMEMBER seeing the "prOWLers" at any basketball games this year. Just football, is that all they care about?
