How was the bonfire?

Great turnout! i would say between 700-1000 people, It was a great gathering, and a better turnout than i expected.  Howard hung around for a long time and took pictures and signed anything and everything!  Of course football was the main theme, but Cooney was also brought up quite a bit!  Wish you could have made it OwlCountry.

I intially was in favor of Dirty Birds but you guys have brought up some pretty good points about Blue Wave and now in honor of Cooney we should be Blue Wave. Still trying to convince most of the other guys about that though lol

I hope people see this all on her show (whether it's Hogan Knows Best or Brooke Knows Best) and want to come here. You know the show is going to use specific shots to make the school look lik ea million bucks… have you ever seen a reality show where the place looked like s***?

It's especially great because people know about FAU but they don't know what the campus is actually like. Some of my friends have been Orientation Leaders and they tell me stories about how people were surprised about how much they liked the campus. They thought it would be smaller, nondescript, with barely anybody walking around. Not the case.

I don't agree. I have seen reality shows where they show some crappy places.  That Real Housewives of New York City showed one of their houses and it was a dump.

I have a feeling her applying to colleges is going to be a mockery.  She's the ditzy blonde that got rejected at 3 other state universities.  I see circus music and them showing shots of her around campus.

Especially when she says "I don't want people to think I am dumb if I go here"… yeah, RED FLAG.

I hope I am wrong, I hope they show FAU in all its glory - but I'd be surprised.  And who knows, they might not even air her trip at all.

I didn't think it was that she got rejected by admissions from all those schools it was just that she wasn't allowed to film at that time.
