His father had his first HC gig at 25. Doesn't mean he will have the same success but it is not a unique event to get an opportunity at that age.

Shaka Smart at VCU was 32 when he became head coach. Now he's probably at the top of every major school's wishlist for head BBall coach

What is that supposed to mean? Is FIU not a mid major school? Hate to break it to you pal, but the Sun Belt is mid major. Also, is FIU not a losing school? When is the last time FIU had a winning record?
