i just dont think you can call a hamstring or a bruised knee an injury. i consider an injury to be something serious, like Los' foot problem or sean's off-season wrist surgery….those are REAL injuries. not sure what sammy is suffering from, maybe its the "i dont play enough" injury.

I don't know what you do for a living, but I've seen hamstring injuries shut players down for a season. Look obviously you don't like Sammy as a player and don't think he fits in the system, and that's cool, but I don't think you can question a player's playing time due to an injury.

Sammy needs a true big man in the system…he's a gritty guy…garbage rebounds, set picks, etc…

i still have Hope for him, and think he will be a solid contributor at some point!

at some point? what point? hes already a senior…..and he has carlos, brett AND jimmie sutton infront of him!  and lets not forget there were times in his past season where coach walters would play X at the four spot (only in small lineup situations).  where does sammy fit in????

i thought he had 2 more years of eligibility…
