They would need to get permission from the university first. This could be bad.

This clearly breaks a couple of rules... but on the positive side whoever made the video did an outstanding job

Which was the point of the post to begin with!

I don't think there will be any issues, I am sure they must of had University permission first or else our "friendly" campus police would have run them off in a hurry. Other than his eligibility issue, if that is even an issue (already used up his eligibilty? Did'nt plan on returning to team next year?) - don't know myself obviously.

I hope you are right, but in my opinion (take it for what it is worth…nothing)…there is no way FAU gave permission for this video.  At least no one who is in a position to give permission.  And I really hope I am correct on this.

Your opinion is actually worth the most since you're the person who has had the most contact with the FAU licensing people  :)

I think you're right. I don't think they got the formal go-ahead. Somebody may have known about it but they were likely not in a position to formally approve it.

As an aside, the howwemove.com website sells "active wear" like watches, not real estate (move.com does apartment rentals). So this commercial is to sell watches. Wonder if Morrow is working for them or his friend works for them.

You are right Diehard, Marks opinion would probably be more accurate than mine. I just hope it was done correctly and the ad does great for them, Mr. Morrow, and for FAU. I'm an optimist, sometimes foolishly so though!
