The Burrowing Owls are back home for the first time since their big-time upset of Ohio State earlier this month. Tonight, the opponent is Webber International, an NAIA member. The Warriors are 5-9, which include a pair of losses to Edward Waters, who the Owls beat 98-64 in November. The Warriors are lead in points by F Daniel Coffey with 19.4 PPG. While the senior is third on the team in boards with 5.8 RPG, newcomer Jovany Deceus is the guy that the Owls will have to be mindful of in the key, as he averages 8 rebounds a game.

We're a few minutes away from tip-off at the Burrow, stay tuned for up to the minute information, stats, and commentary. If you are at the game, share your experiences down below. Not the start defensively we would like to see against an NAIA team, as Webber is shooting 71% early.

FAU's lead is cut to 21-19 with 7:49 left in the half. Both teams have gone cold the last few possessions, so expect those FG% to plummet like the British Pound this past Summer.

Back to FAU from the Ivy League, Justin Massey hits his first FG wearing the Florida Atlantic across his chest since his freshman year. The shot was a contest three, in the middle of an 8-0 right out of the media timeout.

Webber starting to shoot like an NAIA team, making 2 of their last 10 FGs. The only problem is, Owls haven't made a shot in over three minutes.

Owls will take their 8 point lead into half, scratching their heads as to why they're allowing an NAIA team that gave up 100+ to Edward Waters to hang around.

"Ew" is the first word to come to mind concerning FAU's play at the beginning of the second half. NOT PRETTY! Webber is looking like Miami defensively out of the locker room.

Owls can't get a run together to put Webber away, if they cannot stop the Warriors inside the paint. Or stop them at all..

Right as I type this, Frank Booker goes down with an injury. The junior guard is on his way to the locker room. Hope he's alright, as he took a shot to his face as he ran into the backstop of the hoop.
