GAME THREAD: FAU vs FIU 01-05-08
Nwoji looked OK, Royster played like he wants to start for us and Perkins did alright. Everyone else was pretty much garbage.
I felt like jumping up and strangling Sean Alarcon….he was THAT bad. Five turnovers on his own.
Hernandez showed me nothing.
Monroe looked scared.
FIU's hot shooting in the first half was too much for us to overcome. They tried to let us back in during the second half, but our awful shooting from the line and turnovers killed us. Fundamentals, guys…come on.
The Arroyo halftime thing was cool. Do we even have a wall of fame? (will start a separate thread on that)

Dago is easily bigger than anyone on our roster currently, except Carlos and Brett

anyone notice Dago Pena and Shavon Shine in attendance? they were sitting first row behind our bench, directly behind Assistant Coach Balado

I always wonder if they start to regret their decisions after seeing performances like that. For instance, Ted had a picture of a recruit at the ULM football game (ugh, what a night… soaked to the bone).
Or maybe they think, "Yeah, they're losing now, but that's why they need me and if I was in there it'd be different."

Re: FAU vs FIU game thread
but… i was watching dago all night and he spoke to assistant coach balado a LOT throughout the night (after the game, halftime, before the game)… i think there is a close bond there and win-or-lose this season, dago is coming to FAU, no regrets at all
just my feelings
