Ok, anyway…Hughley…why wasn't he in the lineup?  Anybody know or no?

Knee injury.

This team is still a work in progress and I thought that it was our best effort in general so far at home anyway, we played BC close, but hurt ourselves with turnovers & rebounding up to this point in all games, including the URI game.

Did we get away with few things, sure but you must admit that the players played with a great deal more energy on Saturday and the passing was much better, overall then previous games -so YES we have made some improvements and no one is saying there is no room for improvements, but give the guys credit for a good game, they could have done like last year and let FGC back into the game having to fight  even harder to secure the win, a repeating theme last year.  It would have been nice for them to build on the 15 pts lead at the half, at least they didn't let FGC back into the game, which last year was a problem.

Small steps are being made and we might struggle all year, but as long as the teams plays hard & with great energy every game, it will give us a chance to win games.

A win is always good, but i have to say like a few others have that this game was ugly. Very lazy, careless passing would have been eaten alive by a decent team.  Heck, if we werent hitting the threes like we did then this game would have been really ugly and embarrassing as well.  However I personally still have a lot of hope for this team.  We will have a lot of fairly good talent on the floor once the whole team is cleared to play.
