Jarvis' comments after the game were something else huh? "Can't win many games until Ray starts playing the way a PG should play"

Underachieving is an understatement so far.

What a bad loss. That game was flushed away. This team's funk is deepening.

If we think we are going to make a living shooting threes in conference play, we are in for a rude awakening.

Teams are totally honing in on this.

MTSU next Saturday is a scary thought at this point.

Looks like Angelos was smarter then all of us not just jumping an over paying for a contract extension. We lose one player and all of the sudden it is 5-11  we have never made it past the first round of the conference tournament, beat a top 25 team. I like Jarvis but this is sad right now

That's just a ridiculous statement. Ok so we're not doing great. Go find me another coach who can do half of what Jarvis has done here? It's hard to stay consistently good when your school doesn't care about your program.

To say that Angelos has done the right thing by not offering him a contract is absurd. You went to those games when Rex was here, half the team hated each other, the fans never showed up.

The season isn't going the way we want it to. It's going to happen in every sport from time to time. If Pelini wins the conference in his 3rd season, but then in his 4th season he struggles and say we don't go to a bowl game are you going to say he should fired?

My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!

Read the part where i said i like Jarvis. All im saying is we do not have to worry about him jumping ship as much as we did last spring. Angelos might have saved a few bucks. As an AD he can not just go crazy and give huge contract extensions we can not pay out if something goes wrong.  You do not want to be a UCF who sighed George O'leary to a 10 year deal after he wins the conference once now UCF can not get rid of him.

How do you know he is asking for a huge contract extension?

I don't believe that to be true.

I haven't seen the numbers so I will speculate as you have.  I think he is looking for a reasonable raise from being ridiculously underpaid for a Div 1 coach.

I don't believe he is looking for a huge contract.
