The article basically asked, “how could this happen”?
No mention was made of the fact that FAU was missing its top scorer and rebounder. 

How could it happen??

Wow, Craig – great bball player and from what I remember a great guy. I knew a bunch of players from the squad back then. The 96-97 team was really good, was a minute away from upsetting the #20(?) team in the nation (Charleston) and we were going to storm the court had they did. Almost stormed it when they beat FIU on tv that year.

Just imagine what we could've been with Delph, Troutman, and Massey's talent and experience along with Dusty May's coaching style/
