FAU is on a four-game losing streak after falling at home to UTEP 63-56. The Owls' four-game losing streak is the second one they have had to endure since conference play. Raffington had a team-high 20 points and 10 rebounds against the Miners.
With nine games left in the season the Owls are going to have to start making headway in conference play. If the season ended today FAU would be ineligible to play in the Conference USA Tournament.
FAU is 6-3 at The Burrow this year but only one of those wins have occurred during conference play.

I thought a weekend sweep was must but I agree tonight the Owls HAVE to beat UTSA.
