Some of what Jarvis had to say afterwards; with disappointment noted in his tone:

“We gave this game away in the first half. We didn’t get good point guard play…we should have won this game today.”

"The kid I was most impressed with today was Kelvin Penn."

"We were 8-15 from the free-throw…you got to make your free-throws.

“We take them one day at a time, and we going to have to be better tomorrow.”

“We’ll find out tomorrow if we learned anything about ourselves.”

Missed free throws and lay-ups seem to be the difference, which makes this an even more frustrating loss. Still, young guys played well.

Pablo Bertone scored a career-high 11 points in today's contest…nice!

Didn't we lose to Portland last year as well in this same tournament?

Yup, last year it wasn't as close either. If we can beat Washington then all is forgiven in the Portland loss

My two favorite teams are FAU, and who ever is beating FIU!

The problem is when Pablo gets 23 minutes and 11 points, others are not getting the job done.
