I believe that there was quite a few people that were sensitive to that fact, howeevr, this is a very public business and the people in these positions (coaches, ADs, etc.) know that if they don't perform they are going to take public criticism. It's part of the job. If they can't handle that aspect of it, they should probably find another line of work.
