I know…I even prefaced the comment with "I would bet he didn't have bad intentions"…in otherwords..I bet he was a decent kid that made a mistake. 

Dang Walty, give the kid a break. You made some mistakes when you were that age, I KNOW! Quit crucifying him

The kid should have known better, but I feel for him.  This will now be on his record, and I'm sure the media down there is crucifying him.  People tend to react like he already committed some violent crime, saying "Oh god, he seemed so nice"….  just cause he owns a gun.
