Again, this is definitely the kind of thing that you want to be an annual event at FAU. Brings people and money into campus and helps build our reputation as a cultural epicenter in Boca Raton.

Those events always make for interesting people watching.  They had a comic-con or something similar up in Tampa a couple years ago during the same weekend they had Flugtag, there was lots of wierd looking people at both.  Pretty fun time though. 

I play games occasionally but I don't own comic books, watch anime, collect figurines or have some weird Hello Kitty fetish.

But I did go to …Megacon? Supercon?… down in Miami with some friends and I had a good time. Evil Dead/Burn Notice's Bruce Campbell was there answering questions and making fun of the people in the audience and he was hilarious. Also, there were some crazy weapons for sale there, like an Eiffel Tower replica where the top part was the hilt of a dagger.  It was pretty badass, not going to lie.

So I'll probably stop by this one too. Never know. Entry is $5, really can't complain.
