All I can say is that I don't carry vitriol in the "cheap shots". I have a boisterous personality and it rubs people the wrong way sometimes. Can't due much to deal with that impasse. That's me. Some people don't like me. Hell, people have threatened to kill me. Until that point, life goes on. I'm sorry we're not compatible on that front.

Re: the picture. A lot of balls were dropped on that, but the buck stops with me.

Many can attest that I respond to my emails and tweets and calls, and I don't recall one from you. If it existed, I'm sure I would have replied with a formal apology. Since there hasn't been one yet, let me take this forum to apologize for my handling of the picture. It was lazy journalism, and that's inexcusable.

I believe I commented (didn't know the email or couldn't find it) on the story regarding the picture and I wrote the editors directly.  Apology accepted.  Moving on.

I want to mention something that no one is calling out here, and perhaps that is because they don't have the same relationship established. "Big Diets" is always accommodating and friendly towards the leadership of this site, and has repeatedly stated in conversations that he has respect for each and every members thoughts and opinions herein.

We have engaged on numerous occasions at various events in a positive light. If fact, there have been times that he has personally made my "job" of coverage fun. Engaging, enlightening, respectful, and honest - which is a far cry from another entity that will continue to be censored, and ignored herein until due recompense is displayed.

For that, I am thankful, and Hope he can say the same as well.

Of merit, for someone to come to a "competitors" site (hate that word since we should all be perceived as on the same team) to discuss relationship and performance perceptions (warranted or not) - especially in an apologetic tone - shows some brass, and character.

As long as he's able to be there, looking forward to sitting beside him for the remaining MBB games at FAU Arena assigned to me, and whatever Spring football holds as well.

Just two cents to the pot.
