I read somewhere that franchise agreements from Chick-Fil-A are pretty tough,  most owners don't own more than one franchise. So put this into perspective the University set aside 3 booths and if the owner only had one location how many staff do they need to fulfill each booth, not to mention its not Sunday so they have to staff their actual location also. The University would have been better off having concessions that served multiple foods from each booth ( you can get a hot dog or a chick-fil-a sandwich or pizza from the same booth. I feel that for stadium food needs to be easy to eat while watching a game, Go to other Universities and you find that restaurants provide the food but charities and the University provide the staff. I think Chartwells pulled the trigger too quickly. Not to mention they are the Food Gestapos when it comes to holding event's at the University. They throw a fit if you go to an outside vendor for something special which they can't provide.

Yeah, they're absolutely ridiculous. We've got most of the brands they're associated with (Papa Johns, Chick-n-grill, etc) so if they're in charge of the food in the retail aspect of the Innovation Village, it's going to be really, really deflating. IV is a great opportunity and done well, it can become a true student hub the way Brogan envisioned it.

They should put Five Guys in there...cant go wrong with that
