Manager, Ticket Operations - Florida Atlantic University (Boca Raton, FL)

FAU Athletics' Ticket Operations Department has an immediate opening for a Ticket Operations Manager.

Salary: Competitive Base Salary

Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to assist in the management of in-house box office as it pertains to single-event ticket sales and operations for all FAU ticketed sporting events and outside events in FAU's new 30,000-seat Stadium and basketball arena. These duties to include taking and processing orders, handling cash, checks and credit cards, and processing payments on Ticketmaster Archtics and Ticketmaster Classic (Host) systems. Also responsible for processing of the annual audit as it relates to ticketing.

Duties also to include executing game day ticket operations for all eight (8) ticketed sports, and all ticketed on-campus events within athletic facilities, including but not limited to scheduling of student workers, management of game day workers, overseeing will call and ticket sales booths, and handling/reconciling game day starting cash.

Responsible for execution of season ticket holder renewal campaign for all FAU ticketed sports as well as updating priority point program for each donor or premium seat holder account.

Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of ticket operations experience (in a college athletics setting strongly preferred). Must be well organized and demonstrate an ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. This position must be detail oriented and able to provide excellent customer service to all customers on a daily basis while answering questions regarding event information, account details and balances owed, and processing payments for such orders. Candidate should be highly motivated and energetic, and must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should have a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays as required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required in related field. Knowledge of Ticketmaster (Archtics and/or Classic) or similar ticketing system preferred. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge Development software preferred.
