Well, that will never happen, but it is pathetic that we don't have an indoor arena.  There were tentative plans to build one in the late '90s, but like almost everything else pro sports-related in PBC, it fell through.  I remember talk of a dormant AHL team that was looking to relocate to WPB, and who could forget the Florida Bobcats debacle, and all of this failed because the arena promise wasn't worth crap.  There also have been at least two other failed attempts at indoor football since then, both in the last three years.  This city can't do anything right.

It doesn't really matter.  It doesn't take signatures to support the idea.  It takes money. 

That would be an good fit, keeps with our school theme and everyithing, but I don't see it happening.  Boca is the same town that is trying everything possible to stop us from having a stadium, and there is no way in hell that they will let it be named after hooters, hell they shut down the Hooters that we did have.  I say bulldoze the Cove and put it in Deerfield, on the water.  Much cooler town and only a few miles away.  They'd let us call it the "Hooterdome"

haha, parking at the cove is bad now, try building a college football stadium there?

Wonder if they'd serve planters punch at the games lol
