Mark the Date: Football Stadium Groundbreaking - Oct 15th, 4:00 PM!

I too think we would have heard but again, I think that signing this deal would have been big news, covered with photos and speaches, unless maybe they are gonna sign it at the groundbreaking, now that would be cool!

Haven't been to the back of campus in a few years…. only to the Ox and the gym. Where exactly is the proposed site for the stadium? I'm assuming in between the end of the campus and PBCC? Anyone know exactly?

If you recall where Fleming hall is, the Alumni Center is right in front of that…

And the Stadium will be right across from the Alumni Center, to the north and east, on Lee Street…

According to the Owl Times, Lee Street will be closed off for tailgaters on gameday. I was wondering where everyone was going to be tailgating since the Innovation Village plaza won't be built yet. Tailgating at Lockhart in the parking lot is such a pain in the ass because you always have to move for cars. Just another reason why things will be better on campus!

Excited for the ceremony, but really wish they did this on a Friday before a home game. You have all these people in attendance for the ceremony, excited about fau football; it would be easy to convince fans at the ceremony to attend the home game the following day. Just poor timing.
