A lot of people think Yourmark is a jerk but I tell you what, he has sold the hell out of naming rights at the BBT! ;D it's overkill but he's making money at every turn. I think I was peeing in a Waste Management urinal last week!
We'll have sponsors everywhere
Yea and I was dropping a deuce in a Cross Country john.
Teambeer is the most knowledgeable FAU sports fan I know, way smarter than me.

This last comment kinda goes wityh this article on the stadium un-naming rights, so far the only national news artilcle I have personally seen;
Prison operator withdraws naming rights offer for FAU stadium
"Heavily" protested - does 30 or 40 count today as heavily. And of coure no quotes from any student in favor of the $6M deal for the University, guess they are all against it, even the CRIMINAL JUSTICE MAJORS! ;)

While it would be nice to wash away this bad press with good press and a new name by July, I just can't see that happening. I can't even see it happening by the end of next year, honestly.

How about Micky Arison, he needs to get some good press for Carnival Cruise Lines? I know he has the Heat, however support South Florida and get your logo on the outside of our stadium. There are many great companies based in South Florida that can benefit from the naming rights.
Just my thoughts.

I just can't believe with all that Corporate money down there that we can't pull more offers. I do however think that we will get a better deal money wise and press wise.

I disagree…I do not think there is a lot of corporate money down here. Not a lot of companies with the DEEP pockets are HQ'd down here…and lets be honest, unless the company has an alum who is trying to help his/her alma mater naming rights are bad deal and poor business decision for any entity who does them. Think about stadium names around the country…most of them are poorly run or low margin business (i.e. banks, airlines)….That deal that GEO was going to give us was a great money deal…I am expecting that whoever eventually puts their name on the stadium will be for less money or same money but longer term.
I did hear that we did approach JM Family and Office Depot under the old regime….I hope they get revisited, especially the JM one with the deal that I heard they had in mind. EVERYONE would be excited about that one.

I don't know if Delray Acura would be all that excited about it…
