The Owls improve to 10-8 overall, a continued program best 5-2 in Sun Belt play, and have now held six of their seven league opponents to 60 or fewer points.

"We defended well. We hit some big shots late in the game as well", said coach Chancellor Dugan. "This was a total team effort to pick up an important road victory".

It would be very strange if the women went on to a post-season berth and the men did not. But it could happen.
