Marshall @ FAU Game Thread - October 18, 2019
Then we go for it on 4th down with Robison under center, try and draw them off sides, call an audible, and run from the shotgun.
HELLO.
Okay, that was questionable play calling from #FAU on 4th & 1. The play before, Tronti runs a sneak for a gain of 6. Robison comes back in, takes the snap from the pistol, then hands the ball off to Davidson between the Center and RG.

Offensive line gets wrecked, giving Robison nowhere to go but backwards until he gets taken down in the endzone.
22-17 MU, with Hayball about to punt the ball away in a free kick.
Herd starting the possession from their own 36 yard line.
That's pretty much it.
Can't do the job.
Say what you want about our guys, but there is no doubt we should be able to put up more than 32 yards on 22 carries at this point in the game.
Please hold them here boys.
End of the Third Quarter. #Marshall leads #FAU 22-17.

Despite only gaining 10 more yards than FAU, the Herd have all momentum as we head into the final period of play.
