Looking at some of the concerns of the BOT on the post by LM77 are comical.

Tripp says "dome would destroy FAU's atmoshere". That one gets me. Hilarious!

Levow says "doesn't want the dome to be an event venue" What the heck does that mean? Aren't all sports games an event? Aren't they called sporting events?

Blosser says "we need to win first". UMMMM, never mind.

These three trustees, looking at those comments, don't want a stadium, period.

The pressure needs to be kept up by the alumni. Send mail, emails, take your favorite trustee to lunch and lobby. Complain to Brogan. Complian to the Governor. Just complain that this needs to move forward.

Looks like these trustees are happy to keep FAU known as a 4th tier university and a second or third choice university. It may not be a 4th tier but thats the way U.S News and World Report sees it. Thousands of high school seniors and their parents look at that publication every year.
