Brogan won't hire anyone that doesn't have the same vision he does. Period.

So whoever comes in here, is going to have to be Brogan-esque as far as vision is concerned.

In addition, maybe if Angelos does leave, the Howard Schnellenberger of stadium fundraising all of the sudden becomes the new athletic director. Who knows.

Sometimes change is good.  We could get someone who is really fired up to make an impression and have more motivation to go out there and be a "go getter".  Not saying Angelos is not that guy, but he has done a lot for our school already.

It might take a new approach to get us to the next level.

First of all he isn't gone yet but if he is accepted at Miss. I can't see us missing a beat as far as the stadium. As was mentioned about fresh idea's and someone passionate and hunger for the challenge. We should get some pretty decent applications in my opinion. The right guy is out there and between the Schnelly and Brogan the individual is going to have to be a go getter ;)
