They'd also rather have their legacy be a in the name of a College or a distinguished chair, not a football stadium.

My neighborhood is #1? I didnt even know that.  I actually would have thought we were lower on the list compared to other communities ive visited around here.

Ive actually been wanting to have a watch party and invite people from the forum for awhile but as of the past 4 months ive been on royal palm C.C. probation for having so many loud parties.  I'll just say that the majority of the people in here dont enjoy having young neigbors that enjoy themselves.  :
