Jerrys Pizza is out of business

I know it wasnt the same the last few years but Jerrys always did support FAU.

I heard that Jimmy Johns subs bought the location to put a franchise next to campus. Im guessing sandwich delivery to a major university would a big thing.

If 620 delivered that would be huge.

For what you actually get, Jimmy John's is too high, and so is Jersey Mike's.

I could only imagine the chaos if Hungry Howies opened next to campus

Wow, Jerry's had been around forever.

I can get behind a Jimmy Johns. Sometimes I dont want the huge subs of Publix/La Spadas/620 and Jimmy Johns fits the bill nicely.

I tootle up to the one on Yamato about once a month or so on a sunday.

I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick @$$ and I'm out of bubble gum.

You know, in all my years in Boca at FAU we never went to Jerry's Pizza. No reason in particular other than assumed that any Italian place named after a guy made pretty marginal pizza, as evidenced by places with names like Luigi's, Delvicchio's, etc. It just strikes me as that same bland Sbarros type pizza with the dirty overdone crust. But that's just me.

I know there are a lot of people who are fans of Jimmy Johns and a delivery sub place will be well-received next to campus. I always thought that would make a good location for a Steak'n'shake.

What I really wish they'd create is a good taco delivery place…

I'll have to check out delivery dudes.

I swung by to take some pictures for TON but they were closed. They put up a couple framed things from what I remember. It doesn't have that same small-town mom'n'pop feel but it does look a little more professional.
