Comcast has ticked me off for the last time. Can't access my account from the boca service center. Never saw a bill till the collection notice ; we moved at the end of September.  They failed to transfer our subscriptions for our iPad to our new place. That's it for me and comcast. 

I switched to AT&T Uverse a few years ago from Comcast and have been very happy with it.  The On Demand is not as good, but I can record more programs and have never had an issue with the service.
