If this kid gets a payday in the NFL, he's gonna be giving her more than half.  It's not like the kids will be forgotten about in a court of law, even if the divorce is final.

Plain and simple it sounds like there were a lot of bad choices made in this persons life that he and she will now need to deal with.  Both parties will pay some type of price whether it be financial or emotional, but from the sounds of it, the kids could end up the worst.

He ain't getting anywhere near the NFL. His talents, and especially his character, are nowhere near good enough.
