Now that it going overboard. Very difficult to charge somebody based on a photo. Although Phelps did already admit to it, but it is still bs in my book. He is going to pay for this with the loss of endorsements and negative public exposure no need to make this a legal issue.

so far Speedo and 1 other company that endorses Phelps said they back him 100% and they aren't going to pull back their endorsements. IOC says he didn't test positive during the Olympics so more or less they could care less. In a month this will all blow over and nothing will come of it.

I heard on ESPN this am that Omega will still endorse him as well…they said it's his business. But they're a Swiss outfit and the Euros don't really care about this stuff and can never really figure out why it's such a big deal to America.

I dont think so, in America in the 30's the government went on a campaign hailing marijuana as a drug that makes people kill, steal, etc…they didn't have that same campaign in Europe is why the attitude toward the drug differs IMO.
