Ben Hill Griffin is nothing to brag about. They sure haven't re invested back to their facilities in a long time.

It might not have as many new bells and whistles as some new stadiums, but it’s one of the most iconic stadiums in college football.
This is an awful take.

I believe they recently had a $50M renovation/expansion of the O' dome. and now putting investing in baseball.
BHG probably just need someone with a bucket of paint and a brush lol

actually they are building a new baseball facility and once the complete that, they will put a new football complex at the site of the old baseball stadium.

UF has done a solid job of investing in their athletics. Don't forget about their recently constructed IPF. And while The Swamp is ugly, OC40 is right, it is still one of the most iconic venues in CFB.

Florida wasn't much good at football until the 1990's so I don't think of their stadium as "one of the most iconic" or whatever you all call it.  It is a big stadium and nice enough but it is not Notre Dame or Michigan or the Rose Bowl.  Come on now.

I have to agree with this - it's second-tier iconic. When I think iconic, it's definitely the programs that were great in the old days. The Horseshoe, Notre Dame, The Rose Bowl. Those are the legendary stadiums in the sport. Heck, not even Bryant Denny is as legendary as those venues. And I think I'd put Death Valley (LSU, not Clemson),  over the Swamp.

I was there to watch my nephew (MAC ALL-CONFERENCE C) play for Miami (OH) vs. UF in the Tangerine Bowl - UF LOST TO THE MAC TEAM AT HOME IN WHAT WAS THEN FLORIDA FIELD!

I'm surprised I don't remember that game. I was in my senior year at St Augustine HS in '73-74 which is right there in Gator country. A couple of the fathers of the players were wealthy dairy farmers and boosters of UF.

FSU was even worse at the time. They went 0-11 in 1973 and 1-10 in 1974. Once Bowden got there they improved fast.
